MyTaxlog is a technology platform, not a registered tax advisor or accounting firm. The insights and reports provided are for informational purposes only and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being used for official tax filings.

3Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify MyTaxlog of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. MyTaxlog requests that you use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available.

4Acceptable Use

5User Responsibility & Data Accuracy

You explicitly acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data aggregated via the MyTaxlog platform.

MyTaxlog is a tool for organization and visualization. We do NOT audit your data. We shall NOT be liable for any errors, omissions, tax penalties, or financial losses that occur as a result of your failure to verify the accuracy of your data before usage, tax filing, or financial planning. It is your strict obligation to reconcile your automated reports with your actual bank statements.

6Fees and Payments

Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Service at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our price list and to institute new charges at any time, upon notice to you.

  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your tax filings or financial reports resulting from your use of the Service. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, property, or privacy right.

However, as a technology service aggregating complex third-party data, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTaxlog disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.

9Limitation of Liability

In no event will MyTaxlog, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Service, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

10Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
